What are the hours to order a duplicate license or permit on-line?
On-line duplicate license and permit ordering is normally available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Most orders are processed when you submit your transaction. However, some orders may be accepted and held for processing on our next business day. When this happens, your order confirmation will say “accepted.” Once your duplicate license or permit order has been fully processed, you will be sent a follow up notification by e-mail.
