Client Services is available by phone at (812) 855-2636 from 8 AM to 5 PM (EDT) Monday through Friday. E-mail inquiries are answered from 8 AM to 5 PM (EDT) Monday through Friday. Please include all pertinent information, such as student name and University ID, to help ensure an efficient reply. Please do not include sensitive information such as social security numbers, credit card numbers, or bank account numbers. Client Services staff will never need, nor will they ever ask for, this type of information. Walk-in hours are 9 AM to 4 PM (EDT) Monday through Friday. The office does not close for lunch. The office is closed on campus holidays and operates on a restricted schedule during winter break (between Christmas and New Year’s holidays). Hours will be posted on the front page of this web site when the office is operating on a restricted schedule. For your convenience, operating hours can also be found under Contact on this web site.
