What are the hours for fingerprinting, pouring permits, and taxi permits?
Monday, Tuesday Thursday and Friday 9:00AM- 11:30AM & 1:00PM-4:45PM *Ink prints will only be done during morning hours. Effective July 1st. 2010 The Alpharetta Department of Public Safety will be converting all Pouring Permit, Taxi Permit and fingerprinting services to the Live Scan system. The system will conduct an immediate criminal history check on anyone being fingerprinted by the City of Alpharetta, ensuring more accurate results and limiting the chance of identity theft when applying for a permit. The new system will allow for the City of Alpharetta to better serve you with a faster turn around for issuance of a permit. With the implementation of this system the fee schedule will be adjusted to cover the administrative costs associated with the new service.
