What are the Hot Yoga classes like?
Our classes include poses and breathing exercises based on Hatha Yoga and are practiced in a temperature of 105 F for 90 minutes. Sweat, strain, and laugh as you move freshly oxygenated blood from head-to-toe, bones-to-skin, using 100% of your body. All teachers are certified by Bikram Choudhury. All ability levels are welcome, and our experienced instructors will help you advance at your own pace.
