A. Annual assessment – $300.00* per home which includes the following: 1. Use of swimming pool, gazebo, dock, walking trail, tennis court and playground. 2. Maintenance of all common areas and amenities. 3. Street lighting. 4. Necessary capital improvements. 5. Administrative Fees. *Homeowner Fees may be adjusted in proportion to community expenses.
