Homeowner association dues are $93 per month and are mandated by the DCCR. Your dues pay for ongoing operations, maintenance (common areas, common area lighting, parking lots maintenance, trash and snow removal, landscaping and pest control, water and sewer, master hazard insurance premium, and professional property management) and for funding the long term reserve fund. Each homeowner receives a coupon book and mailing envelops. Your account number is located on your coupon. Please make your checks payable to Tysons Station Homeowners Association. If you do not receive your coupon book, please contact Jeffrey Charles & Associates, Inc. at 703-924-5900. You may also pay through an online paying service or through the automatic debit program for your monthly dues payment. Please complete the ACH debit form.
