The Home Owner Association fees are currently set at $150/month and cover a variety of expenses, including upkeep of common areas, common area insurance, landscaping, managing snow removal, on-going clubhouse maintenance, and exterior building appearance. Each homeowner will be responsible for interior (renters/condo) insurance, water/sewer and utilities.
