What are the highest and lowest temperatures that I am allowed to work in?

The Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 require that during working hours these temperatures inside buildings shall be reasonable. It would be reasonable to expect a temperature in an office environment to be at least 16C after the first hour.
