What are the High 768, Medium 512, and Low 300 buttons for?

0

These buttons allow you to select the video quality based on your internet connection speed. To avoid buffering (pausing), select a data rate lower than your connection speed. Low – approx 300 kbps and is suitable for a 256k (download) DSL or cable modem connection. Medium – approx 512 kbps and is suitable for a 512k (download) DSL or cable modem connection. High – approx 768 kbps and is suitable for 1500k+ (download) DSL or cable modem connection. PLEASE NOTE – Often selecting a lower speed will improve performance without any obvious loss of quality.
