Display material of any nature (including but not limited to signs, logos, show cases, display or storage cabinets, electrical fixtures, etc.) may be placed to a height not exceeding ten (10) feet from the building floor within a leasing area, as demised by the lease line. Tenant may not project above 10′-0″ perimeter walls except in 4′-0″ deep design control area where the exhibit may project up to 14′-0″ high at edges and 16′-0″ high at entrance of exhibit. Consideration for waiver of said regulations must be made in writing to ICSC and DDG with full explanation.
