What are the heating instructions for Thumanns fully cooked ham?
All of Thumann’s fully cooked smoked hams (including sliced spiral & bone-in party hams) should be re-heated as follows. Oven Bake: Remove all packaging. Place in covered pan, put in pre-heated 325° F oven. Bake to internal temperature of 120° F (approx. 12 minutes per lb. ). For the last 30 minutes remove ham from oven carefully , rub with Thumann’s ham glaze. Garnish with cloves and pineapple slices. Return to oven for 30 minutes. Do not overheat! You may serve cold for sandwiches.
