Stress can cause many health effects that are unwanted and damaging. Some of the health effects are; • Headaches, insomnia, personality changes, irritability, anxiety and depression • Mouth ulcers and dryness • Hypertension and may lead to a heart attack in those who are prone • Muscle pains, spasms, twitches • Impotence • Some skin conditions are worsened How do we reduce our Stress?
