A. You need an Internet connection with Internet Explorer 5.0 (or higher) or Netscape version 4.x. Win 98, ME, 2000 platform, XP, NT 4.0 Service Pack 6. You also need a sound card with full duplex capabilities, microphone and speakers if you plan to use the Voice over IP feature.
