What are the hardware and software requirements for PRO Solutions?
You need a PC and a high speed internet connection (DSL minimum) running Internet Explorer. For additional functionality outside of PRO Solutions, we recommend having Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel). Customers using the PRO Document Management will also need to have a scanner. PRO Solutions’ web-based model allows you to keep start-up costs and total cost of ownership very low; there’s no need to invest in complex and expensive hardware and software, nor the resources to operate, support and maintain it.
