eSM Clinic is supported on Windows XP, Windows 2000 Server, and Windows 2003 Server. It requires that Centricity EMR (with administration tools) is also installed. The following are the recommended requirements for eSM Clinic for a typical clinic install. Larger organizations may require more RAM and a higher processor speed: • Standalone clinic workstation or server protected by a firewall • Windows XP SP3, Windows 2003 Server Standard Edition (32-bit), or Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition (32-bit) • 1GB RAM • At least 40GB of free hard drive space • A minimum processor speed of 1.8GHz • Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition or SQL Server 2005 • Studio Express Manager for 2005 (if you are using SQL Server 2005 Express Edition). This can be downloaded from Microsoft. eSM must be installed on a dedicated standalone workstation or server protected by a firewall.
