What are the hardship waiver processing procedures?
A. 1. Send a check in the amount of $215.00, payable to the Department of State, along with the current version of the Data Sheet (DS 3035) to the U.S. Department of State, Waiver Review Division, P.O. Box 952137, St. Louis, MO 63195-2137. By paying the fee, you are not obligated to file a J-1 waiver nor will such affect your J-1 status.
