What are the ham cooking instructions?
Fletcher’s ham is ready to eat, fully cooked, and can be served immediately after opening the package. To serve warm, simply preheat your oven to 325° F -350° F. Remove the ham from packaging, and place on a rack in an oven-safe roasting pan. Cover with lid or foil. To prevent drippings from burning, pour a cup or two of water into the pan, and top up as required. For total roasting time, calculate 15 to 18 minutes per pound, and bake until internal temperature of the ham reaches 160° F. Leave covered with foil and allow the ham to sit for 15 minutes before slicing.
