What are the guidelines for seeking an autograph request?
The AMF has established the following guidelines for autograph requests: 1. The requestor must provide the item. The AMF limits one (1) item per requestor per calendar year. 2. For requests related to youth organizations, no monetary donation is required. For all other requests, we ask that you make a donation to the Anthony Muñoz Foundation. 3. Minimum donation requirements (all proceeds benefit the AMF): Playing Cards – $20 Flats (8×10 or larger) – $40 Footballs or Mini Helmets – $60 Helmets or Jerseys – $100 4. Anthony will only personalize items (i.e., “To John…”). If this item is for an auction or raffle, you will be asked to send us the item to be signed, along with the related payment, once the recipient is known. 5. The AMF is not responsible for any shipping and packaging charges. 6. Items may be dropped off and picked up at the AMF office during regular hours.
