If you choose to provide your own photo, it should be a clear, recognizable photo of your face in electronic format (Must be of type: JPG, BMP, TGA, PCX, TIF, or DIB, size 2 mega-pixels or greater). The photo must be appropriate for a professional identification card. Please send your picture to employeeID@ucdavis.edu. Note: You will need to provide your Library bar code in the e-mail requesting your ID. We will transfer your privileges onto your employee ID; otherwise you will be issued a new library code.
