Do not allow the adding and deleting of rows and columns. Essentially, Contributors can add all the content they want to existing cells, but leave the rows and columns intact. Formatting changes will not carry over so do not have Contributors spend any time bolding or font changing. This is an Excel limitation. Do not utilize cell references that call for data from other workbooks. The Contributors will see ERR messages as the links will be broken during distribution.
