Make your account as secure as possible by creating a password that: Avoids dictionary words Uses both digits and punctuation Uses a word only you are likely to know and is easy to remember (e.g., mother’s maiden name, name of a childhood pet) Passwords are case-sensitive (the system recognizes the difference between a capital letter [C] and a lower-case letter [c]) and must be 6-30 characters long. The following special characters are not permitted: ^, &, *, (, <, >, “, ‘, %. Your Password may not be the same as your username.
