What are the guidelines for cancellation?
For FMET courses, if your organization has to cancel a class, it must be canceled no later then ten (10) working days prior to the convening date of the class; if canceled after that date your organization will still be held responsible for all charges. (See Cancellation Information.) For Columbus Functional Training courses, if the course is canceled prior to printing, no cost will be charged. No refunds are provided for costs incurred up to the time of cancellation for Columbus Functional Training courses taught at the customer’s site of business.
