• Only postings pertaining to UVM recognized students and campus organizations are allowed to be posted in the residence halls. • Posters/flyers not affiliated or produced by Resident Advisors, Residential Life Staff or the Inter-Residence Association will be posted in the main lobby area bulletin boards, of a complex by Residential Life Staff, i.e. Front Desk Attendant staff, Resident Advisors, and professional staff. Posting on walls, windows, trees, light posts, benches, building label signs, etc. is not appropriate and will result in posters being removed. • Residential Life’s Main Office (located in Robinson Hall on Redstone Campus) will serve as the clearing house for the distribution of ALL flyers. Students who wish to post must bring their flyers to this location for distribution. • All postings must contain the name and contact information (phone number, email address and/or postal address) of the sponsoring group (or individual) visibly on the poster. • Postings may not excee
