What are the GSN agreement arrangements?
Each Member needing to function as a buyer will enter into a GSN Buyer Agreement. Likewise, each Member needing to function as a supplier will enter into separate GSN Supplier Agreement. Copies of these agreements will be provided at the appropriate time. The legal basis for the GSN Bill is contract law drawn under the law of England. The contracts are based on the conventional legal principles governing paper-based bills of exchange but are only governed by the terms and conditions of the agreements and not reliant on either statute law or international convention for interpretation or enforcement.
