In Georgia, you can obtain an annulment if you were fraudulently induced into marriage. Examples of fraud include: • Your spouse lied about his or her ability to have children • Your spouse concealed a sexually transmitted disease or an addition to drugs or alcohol • Your spouse misled you about his or her religious faith • Your spouse lied about a prior marriage In Georgia, you can only obtain an annulment if there are no children born of the marriage.
