Constantia Packaging AG sees its positioning as “Big enough to dare, small enough to care” as its greatest future challenge in the sense of opportunity. We view ourselves as a strategic management holding company, whose task is to implement the Group’s financial control and strategic orientation, with operating units organized along decentralized lines. Acquisitions are another way for us to enhance our profitability. Over the past 10 years, Constantia Packaging has successfully integrated more than 15 companies into the Group. The aluminum market’s growth also presents additional opportunities for AMAG. Growing demand for rolled aluminum products combined with substantial industry consolidation raises the prospect of increased sales and sales volumes.
