What are the grease trucks at Rutgers University?
The Grease Trucks is a truck food vendor located in front of Scott Hall on College Avenue, New Brunswick. They serve a variety of fat sandwiches (sandwiches comprised of a variety of fried meats, a variety of other fried products including mozzarella sticks, fries, onion rings, etc., and a variety of sauces including ketchup, mustard, honey mustard, sweet onion sauce, etc.) that will literally kill you if eaten on a daily basis for over three months. Probably the worst fast-food diet ever. However, regardless of the health issues that such food poses, the sandwiches are quite good if eaten moderately. A popular vendor for college students (especially drunk college students looking for a quick bite; probably because the Grease Trucks is also close to a variety of Fraternity and Sorority houses). I recommend going in the day or avoiding the premises on Thursday nights.
