I come from a family of addicted smokers, but the only good thing is that it forces you to take a break (because you want the cigarette) and you are taking deep breathes (unfortunately full of smoke) also people say it relaxes them, but I have found smokers to have more addictive personalities, if that makes any sense, look at the older smokers you know and pay attention to when and why they smoke you might be surpirsed by the answers. I really hope you are able to quit my mom died of lung cancer a few years ago, she said it was VERY painful and she wishes for no one to go through that, and even with that, none of the kids that smoke have stopped, they say it is very addictive and wish that they could.
