What are the goals and techniques of self-improvement?
Self-improvement can take many forms. Here are four possible ways of improving the self: • Developing positive attitudes, habits, and skills. • Reducing the domination of negative attitudes and habits. • Getting better at whatever you’re doing — your work, your job, or a specific task. • Acquiring specific new skills.
