These are the corrected (for multiple tests) p-values from a Gene Ontology over-representation analysis performed using the excellent ErmineJ analysis program. P-values are not calculated for very common terms (e.g. “molecular function”) and terms occurring only once in the cluster. Do not confuse these with the “Empirical non-random distribution p-values” shown on the map map view. These GO p-values are only shown on the detailed map node view pages (large tables with expression data, InterPro and GO terms).
