As per § 12-33 (O) (1), a fence or wall shall be maintained along or adjacent to a plot line for residentially zoned property. The fence or wall shall not exceed a height of six (6) feet, except where the plot line is adjacent to a non-residentially zoned property; there shall be an eight-foot limit on the height of a fence or wall along such plot line.
