What are the Gatehouse Procedures?
• Anyone coming to the “visitor” side of the gate must show a picture I.D. • Only residents with clickers/bar codes are allowed in the “resident” lane. • You will not be called by the security officer to authorize entry for any person who you have placed on your permanent guest list. • If the security officer has tried to call you and is unsuccessful in reaching you regarding a visitor who is not on your permanent guest list or who was not called in, then the visitor will be turned away. • Requests to update your guest list are processed Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm.
