What are the future plans for MaxHire?
We intend to grow vertically in the Recruiting/Staffing industry rather than horizontally. In other words, we are going to continue to specialize in the “front office” for recruiting and staffing firms and not diversify into “back office” or create a version of MaxHire for corporate HR. We will be adding features and functionality appropriate to our target vertical market, certainly. We will also offer versions in French, Chinese, Japanese, and Spanish to extend our global customer base.
