What are the functions of the PCCI?
– To promote responsible pet ownership – To maintain a registry for pure-bred dogs and work at preserving the integrity of the registry. – To saction dog events that promote interest in and sustain the process of breeding quality dogs that conform to the standard created for each breed. – To take whatever actions are necessary to protect and assure the rights of purebreed dogs and their owners.
