Dermal nervous tissue has both sensory & motor fibers. Sensory fibers include Pacinian corpuscles, which r stimulated by heavy pressure, & Meissner’s corpuscles, which r sensitive to light touch. The motor fibers stimulate dermal muscles and glands.
