The FSA service standards for fully completed, routine applications are 7 working days (not including the date of receipt) for Significant Influence controlled functions (CF1-29) and 4 working days for the customer function (CF30). You can find this information in Supervision manual chapter 10 ANN 1G question 21. If you submit a short form, it is 4 business days for a significant and 2 business days for a customer function.
