the boundaries of the Frisco Soccer Association are the City of Frisco and/or the Frisco ISD. Playrs must reside within those boundaries to register with FSA without a release. Celina and any city (Propser now has its own soccer association), that does not have a soccer association can play iwth FSA without a release (some exceptions apply).
