1) A data warehouse electronic extraction, 2) A manual lookup query using a Banner screen, 3) a proposed process to query the data warehouse to validate codes, and 4) a proposed process to use real-time XML messaging to validate Banner code values. The last two options are proposed, currently in the design phase, and may not be implemented for July 1, 2003.
