Rule 28 – Appellant’s briefs must contain: Corporate disclosure statement pursuant to 26.1, table of contents, table of authorities, jurisdictional statement, statement of issues, statement of case, statement of facts, summary of argument, argument, conclusion, and certificate of compliance. Certificate of Compliance for Times New Roman, Certificate of Compliance for Courier Appellee’s need not do a jurisdictional statement, statement of the issues, the statement of the case, the statement of the facts, the statement of the standard of review unless they disagree with the appellant’s statements.
