There are two kinds of photos available: high resolution and low-resolution photos. The high resolution photos are in JPEG format, with a resolution of 300 dpi. This format is necessary for magazines and newspapers, and files weight vary from 500 Ko to 2 Mb. We use the same format as regular wire agencies. If you need higher resolution photos, we keep the original and can send them to you separately by e-mail. The low-resolution format is in JPEG and have a resolution of 72 dpi, and is designed for web use (news agencies, websites, etc.). The photo is big enough to fill up a full screen. All photos are available for transfer in a zip file, where all they will be put in a folder for high resolution and low resolution. In all cases, an e-mail of confirmation will be sent to you within seconds after the order, to tell you which photos were taken, and the status of your account, with the number of photos left in the pack you took.
