What are the formalities involved in selection of a Franchisee for The Cradle?
Depending upon your conviction about the project and AHLL’s assessment about your ability to successfully take it forward, a MOU would be signed between AHLL and your group. At this point, you would need to pay the initial License fee. This would be followed by a Due Diligence process to assess your financial capabilities. You would also need to form a Private Limited company to establish and operate The Cradle. Once this process has been completed, AHLL will sign a License agreement with your company to officially nominate you as a Franchisee for The Cradle.
