What are the formalities involved if I wish to Demat my shares?
To Demat your shares, you will have to collect a Dematerialisation Request Form .This form has to be filled in triplicate and with each copy complete with all the relevant details. Once this is done, submit the entire set to your DP along with the certificates that you want to dematerialise. Please ensure that the combination of names in the shares, and in the Demat account that you have applied for, is the same.
