Thank you for your interest in our brochure product. In order to design the file in accordance to our specifications, here are the folding guidelines to design by. Please keep in mind, there is still an 1/16th of a cutting tolerance as well as an 1/16th of an inch folding tolerance which may cause the image to shift after print, cut, and fold. We recommend having a gradient or solid color background for a better final product. The document size of the file must be 8.627″X11.127″ or 2588 X 3338 pixels. All text or images need to be within the safe zone 8.373″X10.873″. When designing the brochure inside, please place your guidelines at 3.718″ (left panel), 3.696″ (center panel), and 3.586″ (right panel). For the outside of the brochure, please place your guidelines at 3.586″ (left panel), 3.696″ (center panel) and 3.718″ (right panel). The final product will be cut down to an 8.5″X11″ brochure for shipment.
