What are the flooding problems?
At the present time there is a small section of the subdivision that becomes inaccessible during heavy rains. Three places on the roads become dangerous or impassable. They are located at the intersection of Pohaku and 39th, and a couple hundred yards either side of the intersection of Pohaku and 40th. Before buying anywhere in this area make sure you talk to some of the neighbors so that you clearly understand the situation.
