What are the Flammability and Temperature ratings of the flex material?
The Flammability rating of Samtec products is UL 94V-) and meets requirements of UL 796. The minimum class transition temperature (Tg) of FR4 is 175 degrees C. The operating temperature for flex is -55C to 105C however if there is a spike of 125C then this will not be a problem as long as it is not continuous.
