What are the five stages of grief?
Though there is no definite “formula” for grieving, there does seem to be several stages that most people go through. A woman by the name of Elizabeth Kubler-Ross identified them in a book about individuals who find out that they have a terminal sickness; these stages also seem to apply when a person loses a loved one. • Denial (“This isn’t happening to me.”) • Anger (“This isn’t fair!
