What are the fitness restriction?
Reasonable health and fitness is required. If you can climb up a 16 foot ladder without stopping and walk up a 200 yard trail (not very steep), and fit into the harness, you will be OK Anyone suffering from the following conditions may cause a dangerous situation with regard to other persons or themselves and cannot participate: Epilepsy, fits, severe head injury, recurrent black outs, nervous system disease, recurrent dislocation of any limb, diabetes, mental illness, drug or alcohol addiction, recent back injury, asthma, rheumatic fever, recent blood donation, autism, or any physical or mental condition that should preclude them from participating. No one should participate against medical advice and should consult a doctor in advance if they have any concerns. In the event that anyone feels ill or unwell, they need to notify the guide immediately.
