do you feel like you HAVE TO have that drink EVERY night do you get the shakes when you don’t get that drink do you freak out if you are running low on alcohol do you change your plans with your friends or family so you can stay home to have that drink when you have to do something after work and cant go home immediately to have a drink do you get irritated and irate when you are at work do you count down the hours till you get to go home and pour your first drink or pop that first beer these are some signs but not all if you experience any of these you may have a problem get help fast
