What are the Firms procedures for interviewing prospective lateral associates?
Associates invited for a full round of interviews at Cadwalader’s offices should expect to spend two to three hours meeting with our attorneys and representatives from the recruitment staff. The associate typically will meet with two partners and two associates from the department in which they are applying for a position. Generally, the process extends to a second series of interviews so that the candidate has an opportunity to meet with a number of our attorneys.
