What are the fines and costs for Photo Enforcement Citations?
• The fine for a Photo Speed violation in a residential area or street bordering a park is $40.00. • The fine for a Photo Speed violation in a school zone is doubled to $80.00. • The fine for a Photo Red Light violation is $75.00 • If personal service of a Penalty Assessment Notice is required due to lack of response from the registered owner of the vehicle, an additional fee covering the actual cost of service will be added. The minimum addition fee for personal service is $25.00; however this fee may be greater if the actual cost of personal service is greater. This cost of personal service will be added to the fine amount due for the photo enforcement violation.
